Connection pool timeouts in Confluence Cloud

We have increasing numbers of connection pool timeout error reported by customers after 28 Sept 2015

Environment

• Confluence Cloud

Actual Results

Confluence is timing out, and in some cases bringing JIRA along with it

Notes

Update: Seems not only affecting confluence, but generally all the issues that having performance, such as

• Plugin startup failure
• Performance issue

• Contact Atlassian Support to recover your instance.
