We have resolved most of the issues that have been causing export to get stuck. There are still two other issues that we are working on resolving.
Those are:
- Download link not available after export: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-52393
- Export job gets cancelled during restart: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-55073
We have closed this issue now and will track the progress of those two issues separately. If you still have issues with site export comment on your support ticket (or open a new ticket if you don't have one) and we will be able to help you.

Confluence backup: Getting objects to export gets stuck

Steps to Reproduce
- Execute the backup on affected instance
Expected Results
The backup will be completed and the user can download on Backup Manager.
Actual Results
- The progress keeps showing "Getting objects to export".
- The lock remains unchanged.
Workaround
None for now.
