Although this is similar to TEAMCAL-269, this is more focused on the reporting use case.

We've had requests for the ability to get calendar information for reporting purposes. This is a slightly different set of API requirements than the ability to create, edit and update calendar events.

This issue is to track the general requirements to:

      • Get a listing (or sub-set) of calendars based on some query
      • Get some calendar metadata
        • Creator
        • Last updated
        • # of events
        • etc...

[CONFCLOUD-51323] Provide an API to retrieve calendar details

Is there any timeline on this at all?

Hmmm....   If I could get the API to work from a spreadsheet, then that means that I can create a Table that can have cells that get data from the Calendar to ensure that dates (like expiration dates) are accurate.

            Please consider.

            Thank you.

Hello Atlassian team!  Having the possibility to get the data from TC to other systems via an API  is crucial. Especially now, since TC is part of the Confluence Premium Cloud subscriptions. Please make this happen  fast!!! Thanks!

Any update on this? Is this not part of the api support roadmap at all, or is it something upcoming? It has been requested for almost a decade and there is definitely still a need for the API to retrieve calendar details.

            Atlassian -

Team Calendars is now part of Confluence Premium, so we have to upgrade from Standard to get TC.  However, there is no method at all for getting usage data, so we cannot evaluate whether we need it or not.  I submitted a support case and the tech helpfully pulled (somehow) a list of calendars to Excel.  So now I can see that we have 482 calendars (many created by ex-users), but no clue whether teams have created zero, 10, or a million events in the past year.

Please give us some way to know if TC is being used or not.

I believe having an API to import details into Confluence Cloud will be necessary in easing the migration from Confluence server/DC to cloud, if Team Calendar is not at all possible to be included as part of Confluence migration.

Would be really useful to be able to retrieve info from calendar to allow automation in our dev environment

            Any updates on this?
So only calendars having class="plugin-calendar" will be retrievable through this API?
