Currently when viewing Team Calendars in weekly view mode hours from 12am to 11pm are displayed, since most users only use the calendar to schedule in working hours there's no need to show the full 24 hours, it ends up adding a unnecessary overhead. That could be solved if you had the ability to configure working hours when setting up the calendar.
