Adding a JIRA event is very slow when you have an instance with a lot of issues and custom date fields

      We have about 300 projects, 25 date custom fields, and 500,000 issues.

      When I try to add a new event, it takes six to eight seconds for the UI to finish rendering.

      All the time appears to be spent in this method:
      IcalendarResource.getQueryOptions()
