Ability to restrict administration of calendar

      Please implement new type of restriction. Restriction to Administer calendar. This setting would allow users to:

      • Ability to rename calendar (currently have only creator, who is unknown to others)
      • Ability to set description
      • Ability to restrict
      • Ability to manage event types (add, hide, remove)
      • Ability to remove calendar

      Due to implementation of Custom Event types (TEAMCAL-1643 - Great job BTW), anyone who can edit calendar can also manage event types. This can make big mess - users makes event type for any nonsense. They can also remove lot of events by removing of custom event type.
