      Problem Definition

When using the JIRA Issues macro's "Create issue" function, only system and specific mandatory custom fields are provided in the form.

      Specific mandatory fields like:

      • Tempo fields ("Account")
      • Cascading

Will fail with the following message:

The required field Account is not available in this form. You will need to create your issue directly in JIRA.

      Suggested Solution

Add custom required fields (example: tempo account & team, Cascading) in the form provided when creating a new issue with JIRA Issues Macro when specific custom fields are set as required for the particular project chosen.
