      Problem Definition

      When using the JIRA Issues macro's "Create New Issue" function, only the system fields are provided in the form. Tempo fields like "Account" where fields is set as required on Field Configuration is not added on the form. The issue creation will fail with a warning

      The required field Account is not available in this form. You will need to create your issue directly in JIRA.
