Working with Blueprints As described in:
Edit a Default Existing Global Template such as Default Personal Space Content (Works on New Templates)
- Choose the cog icon , then choose General Configuration under Confluence Administration
- Choose Global Templates and Blueprints in the left-hand panel
- Edit A pre-existing Template
- insert a variable into a template:
- Choose Template > New Variable from the editor toolbar (or choose an existing variable to add it to the page)
- Enter a name for the variable
- Press Enter (by default this will create a single-line text input field)
- Save
Expected Behavior:
Template will contain the Variable
Actual Behavior
All other changes will be visible, but the variables will not be displayed
