      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Confluence integration with JIRA Service Desk where service desk formatted links will get picked up by the JIRA macro in Confluence.

      Example:

      Link in JIRA format (https://support.atlassian.com/browse/ABC-13456) will convert to JIRA macro when pasted on a Confluence page.

      Link in JIRA Service Desk format (https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/agent/CA/queues/22/ABC-13456) will NOT convert into JIRA macro when pasted on a Confluence page.
