Render Pull Requests emails better in Lotus notes

      Similar to STASH-5217 (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-5217) the email-notifications for sent by Confluence do not render correctly in Lotus Notes (8.5.3). On the other hand, Recommended Updates-Notification are rendered correctly.
      I did not find any possibility to configure the email-notifications.
      This problem might be caused by the fact, that confluence does not use inline images ...
