Default search behaviour should be "AND" for multi-term search or at least configurable

      Back in Confluence 2.3 the default search was set to AND for CONF-1881

      In 5.1ish it was switched back to OR. I've tried to adjust, but it drives me nuts.

      This is clearly a personal preference more than anything. Both JIRA and Confluence have changed the default at least once. Could we make this a per-user setting please? And an easy per-search toggle?

      I'm really sick of having to add + or AND to every search
