Default search behaviour should be "AND" for multi-term search

      Currently, in 1.1.2, if you search for

      >Bollocks Moo<

      You get the results of
      >Bollocks OR Moo<

      Whereas the default behaviour should be :
      >Bollocks AND Moo<

      No?
