      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The JIRA Backup Manager has a simple "Clear Timer" button on it that Support can hit if a customer needs a backup within the 48-hour limit. Confluence lacks this, and it needs to be added (see AOD-6617). It should also not be using the timer for backups that are done without attachments.
