[CONFCLOUD-3305] Extend page permissions to work on news

I second this: control viewing of the blog indepently from wiki content. A client in our environment wants to make wiki content available more widely (users) than the blog content (sysadmins).

Did you consider behaviour in personal spaces?
Before that release I had to open my space completely for everyone so that everyone could read my blog. But artificially I had to restrict a page as my private area. For personal spaces the usual desire seems to be that wiki pages are private but blogs basically open to everyone. If one could control viewing of the blog indepently from wiki content then these desires are fulfilled.

            Regards

BUT ANOTHER GREAT IMPROVMENT; STOPPED INTEGRATING THE HALF WAY!

What about spacepermissions @smansour?! Users are now forced to set restriction everytime manually instead of being able to restrict it by default for certain groups.
use case: make wiki public readable / keep news internal for team members

            Hello,

I think this culd be really usefull if we want to replace massive emails usage by a true communication tool like blogs. Having rights management is important to control project communication's recipients (basically clients vs internal).

            Regards

same here, I would be a very great future, f.e. to just post technical important stuff of a project, I would like to create a blog post in the product space and restrict it to development. MUST HAVE for us..!
@atlassian, the link of Audra Eng is deprecated, what was the decision for that? 1 year roadmap was not the decision I guess
