Tools menu is not accessible via a keyboard...

If you tab through the links and controls within the view page interface, you either cannot select the tools menu using the tab controls, or the fact that you have selected them is not indicated in any way.

As a result, you cannot perform basic operation accessed through the tools menu using only a keyboard. You can only access the control with a mouse, which is a big no-no.

This is another key gap that prevents Confluence from satisfying even the lowest required compliance levels of the WCAG 2.0 standard.
