Confluence 'JIRA links' not updated when 'JIRA Issue' macro is removed

      Steps to reproduce:
      1 - Create a blank page and add more than one 'JIRA Issue' macros
      2 - Save the page and notice the 'JIRA Links' list in the page info panel is correct
      3 - Edit the page and remove one or more of the JIRA Issue macros
      4 - Save the page

      After step 4, 'JIRA Links' list is not updated, it keeps showing the issues that were removed from the page.
