Deleting Jira Issue from Confluence page doesn't update Jira Issue metadata on the Confluence page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a few issues in Jira and a page in Confluence
2. Paste Jira issues URL in the Confluence page and publish
3. Edit the page and remove Jira issue macro

Expected Results

The Jira Links section on the Confluence page to remove the reference to the Jira issue

Actual Results

The Jira Links section on the Confluence page still has reference to the Jira issue
