      As anonymous users, they want to be able to view JIRA chart macro as anonymous permission on JIRA.

      Currently, JIRA chart macro and JIM are making the same behaviour in terms of retrieving a list of issues by permission of logged-in users. So in this case, we make a request to retrieve a chart in JIRA server as anonymous permission.
