      For internal consistency, if a user creates a Web Link, but points towards the Confluence's own base url Confluence should convert the web link to an internal style confluence link.

      example:
      User inserts http://baseurl/wiki/space/page
      Confluence converts to: Space/Page
      internally styled link, so that moves and changes in the page will be kept in the stored link.
