Warn when creating a web link to Confluence itself

      I see CONF-28154 converts confluence links automatically when I paste in a URL to confluence itself. However, many of our users are not aware of this functionality. Also, the fact that when a user clicks the Link button it usually brings up the Web Link dialog, users are initially led to use the full URL to a Confluence page.

      Please display a warning on the Web Link page when a user is pasting in a Confluence link and also provide a button that they can click which will convert that web link to a Wiki link.

      Please make this work for both full Link URL as well as the Tiny Link URL.
