Resolution: Tracked Elsewhere
NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.
Currently the Confluence backup manager allows a user to run a backup once every 48 hours.
This can cause problems as people prepare to migrate from OD to BTF, as best practice is to run a test migration first. However should this be successful, the next migration will need to wait for at least 48 hours.
24 hours (or 12 hours) would help alleviate this problem for migrators, as there have been cases where the user must contact Support to get the limit reset.
