Don't show 'hidden' for hidden email addresses - it's confusing

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      If email addresses are hidden (site config) just don't show them, there's no need to show 'hidden'.

      For example, in the attached screenie a new user might think that the user is hidden.

      It would be better to just not output anything to avoid such confusion.
