If a user restricts a page to himself then other user cannot see the page. The space administrator can see it in the restricted pages view through Browse Space -> Space admin -> Restricted Pages. However, if user adds another page underneath the restricted parent page (the child page will inherit the Parent page restrictions). The space administrator cannot see the restricted child page in the Restricted Pages view. Thus, the space administrator and Confluence Administrator could be blind to inappropriate content going into the wiki.
