Page history should show when a page has been moved from one space to another

      I just ran into a situation where it would have been really helpful to know at which revision a page was moved from one space to another. Perhaps it would also be useful to show on a pages history when a page got moved beneath a new parent.

            This is especially critical if pages under a restricted parent are accidentally or intentionally moved to an unrestricted parent.
