Modernize Confluence Backup & Restore

As a User in all possible roles
in order to save time & money and prevent unintended problems caused by the current implementation
I want to have a modernized version of Backup & Restore (from now on BR) in Confluence.

Acceptance criteria

• BR is GUI based
• BR functionality is integrated in GUI where it is needed, e.g. Attachment handling
• BR allows me to do a full B
• BR allows me to backup a specific Space
• BR allows me to do a full BR + allow me to BR specify space(s) in addition
• BR allows me to schedule a full B(ackup)
• BR allows me to schedule a B of one or more spaces independent to the full B
• BR allows me to restore the full B
• BR allows me to restore a specific Space
• BR allows me to restore a specific Attachment according to CONF-37321
• BR allows fully encrypted backups
• BR allows storing on remote locations
  • BR remote locations can be NFS, SMB, HTTPS, SFTP, ? based
• There are dedicated roles for Full BR, Space BR and potentially Attachment R
