List variable not working in Blueprint Templates

      I'm trying to add a variable in the Meeting Notes template with a list of values to let the user choose upon creation. There is no form/dropdown appearing when I create a new page using this Template, only a blank space.

            This issue persists. I've created a List type Variable inside a Page Properties table in a Blueprint. The list is visible in the Blueprint and in the Preview, but not in a new page created with the Blueprint template. Instead, the table cell has a blank space where the list selection should be.

            Interestingly, when directly in the template, the dropdown list does appear and is functional in the Preview.

            I was originally experimenting with this functionality in the Page Properties Macro so we can separate meeting notes by the meeting name as outlined in the comments section here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Working+with+Blueprints

            However, I cannot get the variable functionality to work regardless of whether it's within Page Properties or directly on the Template.
