List variables in Product Requirements template not working

Summary

When editing the Product Requirements space blueprint, and adding a list variable in one of the cells from the tables of the blueprint, when the page is published the drop-down menu to choose a value is not being displayed.

Steps to Replicate

1. Create a new space
2. Under Space settings, go to Content Tools > Templates
3. Click on Edit in Product Requirements
4. On the template, add a few variables in any of the cells on the tables of the template and choose its display value to list (or text or multi-line text) by clicking on top of the variable
5. Preview the page, you will be able to see the dropdown menus from the list-variables
6. Save the Template
7. Create a page based on the recently edited template

Expected Results

You would be able to see the page in edit mode, just as it was being displayed on the Preview at the time of editing of the template

Actual Results

The cells where the drop-down menus are now empty.

Workaround

Copy the contents of the Product Requirements template, create a new template and paste the contents there, using this one instead.
