Currently, users with full access to Compass can perform nearly all activities available to Product Admins, including the bulk import of components. To prevent issues such as accidental imports or duplication of components, it would be beneficial to restrict the bulk import functionality to Product Admins only.

This change would ensure that only authorized individuals can perform such critical operations, improving control and reducing the risk of errors.
