Allow management of the Jira Service Management / Compass integration

      Right now, the JSM / Compass sync is automatic for those who qualify: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/synchronize-your-services-with-compass/

       

      Some users would like to customize what syncs, or turn off the sync all together.

            We have components generated but now we no longer have access to JSM projects and unable to properly manage the components.

            For instance the system has doubled the components while generating them and we are unable to archive/delete the duplicated ones, because the JSM integration cannot be toggled.
