Currently, if we have "Automatic Import" and "Config as code" enabled for Github app, when a new repo is created, it automatically creates a new component. In case developers now add a compass.yml file without the component ID, then a new component with the same name is created.
It would be good to allow unique component names/slug to avoid duplicate component creation as in this example.
