Issue Summary

When navigating operations >  on-call schedules, admins are able to navigate to the right space, ie the on-call schedules of the relevant team. However, when users who are non-admins repeat the same step, they are taken back to the teams page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access operations as a non-admin user who is not part of a specific team. 
2. Attempt to navigate to "View Schedule" of a team you are not part of.

Expected Results

Either the redirection should work correctly to send you to the schedule page, or the View Schedule option should not be visible for the users in the first place since they are non-admins and not part of the team.

Actual Results

The users can see the View Schedule, however, clicking it redirects them to the normal Teams page. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
