Currently, when a user overrides the schedule, a dropdown menu is presented to select the individual who will be assigned to the rotation.

The dropdown initially appears empty with the caption "No option" until the user begins typing the name of the individual.

This feature request aims to enhance the user experience by implementing one of the following options:

• Display a subset of users within the list.

• Alternatively, provide a prompt indicating that the user should begin typing to locate potential members for rotation override.
