Currently, Compass only allows goals to be associated with scorecards that use a pass/fail grading system. Many teams prefer using the bronze/silver/gold scorecard model for more granular health assessments. However, these scorecards do not support linking goals, which limits their usefulness and alignment with organizational objectives.

Feature Request:

• Enable the ability to associate goals with bronze/silver/gold (multi-level) scorecards, not just pass/fail scorecards.

• This would allow teams to leverage richer scorecard grading while still connecting their work to broader goals and initiatives.
