Issue Summary

When a component uses a modern-ops (JSM) on-call schedule (auto-populated based on the owner team), applying a scorecard with an on-call criteria results in the criteria showing as failing—even though the component detail page correctly displays an on-call schedule.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a modern-ops (JSM) on-call schedule to a component.
2. Apply a scorecard that includes an on-call criteria.
3. Observe that the criteria shows as failing, even though the component detail page shows an on-call schedule.

Expected Results

The on-call criteria should pass if a modern-ops on-call schedule is present.

Actual Results

The on-call criteria fails for components with modern-ops on-call schedules.

Workaround

If an on-call link is manually added to the component, the criteria passes as expected.
