Submitting this feature request to pre-select the team from which the navigation to Operations -> Alerts originated. 

Workflow -> Navigate to a Team -> Click "Operations" -> Select Alerts. You still have to select the Team from the available filters. 

Contrasting behavior for a similar navigation. Go to a component -> Ensure that it has on-call selected -> Click Alerts -> The component is preselected in the filter now.

The feature request would be to help setup a similar option for users navigating to Alerts from a team so that they dont have to select the Team data every time. 

 Impact

• Users in multiple teams lose the originating team context, leading to noisy results or incorrect assumptions.
• Extra manual filtering slows incident triage and increases the chance of acting on the wrong team's alerts.
