Issue Summary
After creating and saving a search in Compass (Alerts view), You can't rename it or change its sharing settings ("Who can view") later.
Steps to Reproduce
1. In Compass → Operations → Alerts, build a search and Save it with a name.
2. Later, attempt to rename the saved search or update Who can view.
3. Observe there is no visible UI to edit these properties; Delete appears to be the only action.
4. Try creating a new saved search with the same name; Compass blocks duplicate names, forcing you to delete the original first.
Expected Results
• Ability to edit a saved search's name and sharing/permissions after creation (via UI).
• If not supported in UI, an API to update these fields without deleting and recreating.
• Duplicate-name handling that doesn't require destructive steps (e.g., allow rename first, or suggest/append a suffix).
Actual Results
• No apparent UI or API path to rename or change sharing; only Delete and recreate. • Because names must be unique, users must delete the original to reuse the name, risking loss of references and team familiarity.
