This feature request is to have a scorecard that verifies that components have populated all of the custom fields which apply to them. 

There are different custom fields on different types of components. The current scorecard includes criteria for ALL the custom fields hence so on components that don't have some of the custom fields, there are errors when evaluating the criteria, and the component fails on those criteria. 

It would be very helpful, when defining a criterion on a scorecard, to have a checkbox to choose "Pass on error", so that you can tell the scorecard to count it as "passing" for a component that the custom field doesn't apply to.
