Issue Summary

Archived components are showing up scorecards criteria / statistics.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a score card with name - performance.
2. Click on Edit scorecard → Select components of any types you'd like to add the scorecard to and Other type, in this case add UI element and Other types for testing
3. Click Next → Save

Expected Results

The scorecard is attached only to the active components.

Actual Results

The scorecard is attached even to the archived components.

If we attach one of the default scorecards or user-created cards from an existing library, it does not apply to archived components.
The scorecard that was created from scratch was attached to archived components.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
