Issue Summary

Component filtering by team doesn't work for when team id is parsed from URL params

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to advanced search page

Select some team to filter components

copy URL and open it in a new tab

Expected Results

Both tabs should show the same search results

Actual Results

New tab doesn’t show any results.

Workaround

Use UI to filter components by team

Note: current URL seems to work fine with smart cards
