When adding dependencies to pending components, these do not stay persistently until it is published.

Current behavior is that these competencies flash for once on the UI and then vanish and later popuate when the component is published.

Improving this feature to ensure that the dependencies are visible pre-publishing (ie while in pending state) would be beneficial to users to work on dependencies of a component while its in pending state.
