Issue:

Customers want the option for cleaner more organized slack messaging that takes up less space in a channel

Suggested Solution: 

When updates (ack, close, notes added etc) to existing alerts come in, add the ability for the user to configure the integration to post the updates to a thread, rather than a separate message in the channel. so there would be 3 options:

1. Post alert updates to channel
2. Post alert updates to channel and to a thread of the original alert message
3. Post to both the channel and the thread

Current functionality:

All updates of alerts are posted as separate messages
