Compass components continue to appear in Jira Software options even after they have been deleted.

      Issue Summary

      The customer reported that after the trial period ended, their Compass instance was canceled. However, the Compass components they had created still appear in Jira Software.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • There is no way to reproduce.

      Expected Results

      After canceling the instance and deleting the components, remove the deleted components from the Jira Software components list.

      Actual Results

      The names of components that were removed with the Compass instance are still visible in Jira Software.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

            I reported PCS-345828 Old deleted components are shown in Jira

            We have a list of 23 manually created components in Compass.

            The issue is that the list we see in Components i Jira software is far longer including components that we played around with in a previous installation of Compass on the instance.

            We wish to continue using Compass with our 23 manually created components
