Issue Summary
When viewing on-call schedules in Compass, users will intermittently see errors stating "Too many requests" in the UI. This issue does not appear to be related to any action taken on the user's side, as it can occur even on the first page load of one of the schedules pages.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to either Teams > [team name] > On-call schedules or Operations > On-call schedules
- Issue is intermittent so it may not always happen - but usually can be triggered after one or two page refreshes
Expected Results
Schedules will load as normal
Actual Results
Schedules will not load, an error message will display, and a 429 error will be shown in the network tab of for requests made to /gateway/api/jsm/ops/web/ endpoint/s
Workaround
Often the error will correct itself on its own or after additional page refreshes.
