      Delete products is not available when using the improved billing system following the reset instructions here.

      How do you know which experience you’re viewing?

      Suggested Solution

      • There should be an option to delete the product immediately
      • Deletion of product clears out the product data immediately.

      Why this is important

      • Maintain feature parity with original billing system
      • Many customers are required to immediately delete product data for testing or for migrations and are now blocked by this limitation on the improved billing experience/system

      Workaround

      To delete the products, please contact Atlassian Support.
