Issue Summary
If a Cloud site has products such as (Jira, JSM, Confluence) in an evaluation/trial that expires during the 2 hour nightly maintenance window for that site, when end users attempt to visit that site, they end up only seeing the maintenance warning banner forever.
The site won't display a message to end users to indicate that there has been a product expiration
This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Cloud site with at least 2 products (JSM and Confluence for example)
- create a trial for JSM
- Check to make sure that the maintenance window is aligned with the date/time the site was signed up for
- let the eval expire
Expected Results
We expect that once the maintenance window is over, the site should either be functional OR provide a better explanation for why the product is not available.
Actual Results
The maintenance window banner remains for that site
Workaround
Please create a support case with Atlassian Customer Advocates to reactivate subscription for that product as a means to resolve.
