Message in Balloon after clean snapshot is bogus

    Description

      1. Clean shapshot
      2. First Optimised test run the balloon message is ok (see CIJ-272 re my thoughts on it)
      3. Second optmised test run has some odd figures in it relating to expected savings and total test run time.
