Choose the locale of an issue collector

    Description

      I wish it was possible to select the locale of an issue collector screen instead of it defaulting to the administrator's language. The reason is, my web site support two languages, french and english and I created one issue collector for french and one for english. It is not possible to have two issue collector, on for each language.

      I asked for support on that problem and after many effort, they ended suggesting to create this issue. Here is the link of the support trail: https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/agent/JST/issue/JST-150662 .

      The way I see to arrange this situation is to add a list box with supported locales when configuring the issue collectors. when displaying the issue collector on the web site, it would be of the selected locale.
