I have used the Jira only for technical staff who understands a little English. However, to fully implement in my organization would require the Jira was in Portuguese (Brazil).

          Hi Atlassian People,

My customers are asking a lot to me about the translation. Could you give me a date to this?

          Thanks.

Hi guys, any news about this issue?

We are having many troubles with this issue, for our users is not a problem use JIRA in english, but for our customer is a big problem to view the labels in english, we really need this in portuguese-BR, at least the portal and e-mail communications! It is causing a bad impression about atlassian products.
Do you have a due date?

How can it be In Progress without any asignee? I really need this translation to PT-BR in order to acquire it both to the company I work for and to the company I am providing my services. Thanks in advance!

As we started producing our kb with Confluence in English, knowing that Brazilian Portuguese language implementation is in progress, would someone help us with best practices?

I'm worried we might have to redo all or part of our work after the language gets available. So:

Should we translate the default labels, like "kb-troubleshooting-article", or use them like this, meaning the translation will adjust them after we change the language?
How the translation works? What, in fact, gets translated and changed after we, in the future, change the language to brazilian portuguese and roll out to all users?
