Hello Atlassians!

I'm trying out JIRA ON DEMAND with the intention of using it in my office here in Brazil, however, the users can only speak in portuguese. Based on some reading I've done about this matter, it seems that the On Demand does not have internationalisation support, BUT, it is available as a plugin for the downloaded version.

In the case the portuguese language is not available @ On Demand, Couldn't it easily be by installing a simple plugin?
